Instructor Led Training is dead
There has been a lot of buzz the last few years on the technological replacements to these kind of trainings. There have been A.I. as a replacement for human intelligence, eye tracking for focus by a facilitator, avatars for – well, virtual trainer and the biggie, e-learning for class room environment. With a major boom in augmented reality and virtual reality it seems like the end is nigh for traditional trainings. Every new technology is touted as THE ONE, without which not.
